Olive oil press

Istranova boasts its own olive oil press, where the oil from our olive groves is produced. We also offer these services to others. The oil press looks out on a terrace where everyone can gather and see how their olives are processed on their way from open bags to bottles. The work process is, of course, an opportunity to socialise, exchange opinions and learn something new, as well as drink a glass of wine!
